Houston Texans' J.J. Watt has been crushing on Jennifer Aniston for a long time and he finally got the chance to meet the woman of his dreams earlier this week. The 26-year-old defensive end has tweeted many times in the past about his crush on Aniston, referring to the 46-year-old actress as his "lifetime crush." On Monday in Los Angeles, while both being represented by the same talent agency, he did all he could to finally meet her, according to ESPN.
Watt didn't hesitate to bring up to his reps that it was his "lifelong goal" to meet her, not realizing she was in the same building. He figured the meeting would take place sometime over the week, but he did not expect to meet her and have the pleasure of taking a photo with her, right then and there.
The 6' 5," 289-pound star could barely contain his excitement as he posed for a picture with her.
"I'm not even going to try to pretend like I acted cool when this happened. #LifeMade," he captioned the photo on Instagram.
"It was incredible," Watt told the Associated Press. "She was very sweet. I shook her hand instead of hugging her. Then I left the room without proposing. It was a complete disaster."
He understood that Aniston wasn't a huge sports fan, but she was aware of the fact that he lived in Texas.
"She kept it cool," he said. "I'm thankful for how cool she was. I was absolutely the farthest from cool you could absolutely be."
