From reality star to love guru! Ben Seewald is sharing the secrets on how he found love with his wife, Jessa Duggar.
The 20-year-old reality star felt the need to share a special and intimate post via Instagram on Monday about find love and recognizing Mr. Right. His biggest tip was for women to avoid men who are not genuine and are unwilling to commit.
"Ladies ... watch out for dudes that want to date you, but have no intention whatsoever of any serious relationship," he wrote on Instagram. "A lot of guys want to enjoy you and play with your heart and emotions with no commitment or responsibility on their part."
Seewald, who is studying to be a minister, continued his post, urging women to find a man who understands their value and avoid lending their hearts and minds to any random individual.
"They're thinking 'Why do I need to commit? I'm getting what I want...and when I get tired of her I'll just move on to the next girl I can use,'" he wrote. "Just be careful girls. Don't give away your heart or your body to someone who isn't prepared to cherish you for the long haul."
Seewald married Duggar in November 2014, and they are currently expecting their first child on Nov. 1, which will also be the couple's first wedding anniversary. The soon-to-be mama has been updating fans on her pregnancy by posting photos of her growing baby bump.
