Jeremih DUI: Singer Arrested On His Birthday

Singer Jeremih spent his 28th birthday in a Los Angeles-area jail. The "Birthday Sex" singer (real name Jeremy Felton) was arrested just after 2 a.m. on Friday for suspicion of driving under the influence, reported Entertainment Tonight. He was taken to a jail in Van Nuys, where he was booked at 3:30 a.m. and released on $15,000 bail about right hours later.

The DUI follows an arrest in December when the "Down On Me" singer was caught trying to illegally board a plane. Jeremih was running too late to catch his flight out of Newark Airport in New Jersey, so his entourage tried to smuggle him onto the aircraft. One of his friend's allegedly opened the closed jet way door to allow the star on board the U.S. Airways flight to Phoenix. The singer and his friend, Adam Woods, were charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of law, The Daily Mail reported.
