Last month, "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Judge's son Ryan Vieth was arrested after getting into a drunken dispute with his fiancée Sarah Rodriguez.
The incident took place on June 28, in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., where they live, just five months after they had a baby girl together. Vieth was arrested for domestic abuse charges and was later released on bail, according to People. The fight apparently broke out when he found messages on her phone from other guys, but Rodriguez never pressed charges so a judge has dismissed the case.
"The cops arrived and questioned both of them. Their stories didn't add up," a source said about the fight. "They told Ryan that they had to arrest him because she claimed he pushed her down the stairs and she hurt her finger."
At the time of the event, not only was their 5-month-old daughter, Ava, there but so was Rodriguez's 5-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Us Weekly reports. Since the two young girls were there, Rodriguez wasn't able to elaborate much of the details when she made the 911 call. All charges have since been dropped.
Judge, 47, reportedly opened up to Radar Online about the incident. "It's unfortunate and I'm not happy with either one of them," she said, the site reported. "The reason they got into a fight wasn't his fault, but he's trying his hardest to work things out for their daughter."
However, Judge posted a photo to her Instagram yesterday that makes us believe she may have never actually spoken to Radar. "Thank you for all the positive messages," she captioned a photo of Abe Lincoln that reads "Don't believe everything you read on the Internet." "There are two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn't report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers, not your judgment."
