‘Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Season 3 SPOILERS: Skye No Longer Exists And Clark Gregg Wants A G.I. Joe Hand

The name is Johnson. Daisy Johnson.

Chloe Bennet recently set the record straight that the "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." team will now refer to her character by her birth name rather than Skye, which she picked up as an orphaned child.

"I like to think of it as a new chapter closing and she's been searching for who her parents were this whole series," Bennet told Yahoo TV. "Now she's found out all those answers and now she's kind of moving forward."

"S.H.I.E.L.D." will make a time jump when the show returns for its third season, and Daisy will be sporting a new hairdo. Bennet posted an Instagram video on Tuesday chopping off her long locks, which she clearly loved.

"Everyone say goodbye to the long hair because Daisy Johnson is coming at ya," she said before almost breaking into tears.

While Bennet loses her hair, her co-star Clark Gregg will be looking to replace his hand that he lost in the season two finale. After Mack chopped it off in a life-saving effort, Coulson will get some sort of replacement, but Gregg could only speculate on what will end up at the end of his arm.

“He needs one for kind of dinner parties that’s like a white glove thing. Maybe it can hold a tray of something,” he joked. “He needs one that’s a fighting hand. I don’t know. Hopefully it will be like a G.I. Joe hand where he can screw different ones in.”

The Marvel actor also told TVLine that he’d consider the claw used by Charlize Theron in “Mad Max: Fury Road” or the ability to switch out attachments depending on what he’s “baking or killing.”

With his Inhuman powers, new kid on the block Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) only needs to hold out his hand to strike down his opponents. Mitchell hopes his character will get to see a little more action requiring some hand-to-hand combat training.

“If you have powers, like my character does, there’s actually less kicking and punching that needs to be done,” the new series regular told Yahoo TV. “But I think that will probably be ramped up in season three and I’ll probably have to learn how to fight.”
