Adrienne Maloof Divorce: Real Housewife and Ex-Husband are Ready to Move on from Legal Separation, Say their Kids are the Top Priority (VIDEO)

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof said she's willing to put her divorce from ex-husband Paul Nassif in the past, nearly one year after they announced their separation.

In a statement Maloof and Nassif released on Friday concerning their divorce status, the former couple said they'd "reached an agreement on all outstanding issues related to [their] divorce settlement and all pending litigation," E! Online reported.

Now, their top priorities are their sons, Gavin, Collin and Christian, they wrote:

Our first priority is our childrens' well-being and happiness. As their parents and advocates that is our goal. Our children are our most important treasures and need to be treated with the respect and privacy they deserve. We're happy to be moving forward with our lives in a positive way not only individually but as co-parents.

This is a new beginning for each of us. Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible. We appreciate the good wishes we continue to receive from our supporters around the world.

The two announced their intention to divorce August 28, 2013, on grounds of irreconcilable differences-Nassif had filed for legal separation just a month before.

A pre-nuptial agreement between the two allegedly kept Maloof's cool $300 million fortune in her hands.

At the time, Maloof described to E! News that the divorce was, of course, trying.

"It's been tough," she said last year. "It's always difficult. Even if you've had those relationships that have been difficult and you've maybe mended those relationships, it's tough to relive it. That's what makes it difficult."

But now, it seems the two have reached an agreement that many-including some of her fellow RHOBH cast members-dont, during a tumultuous event such as divorce.
