The lead singer of Puddle of Mud, Wes Scantlin was arrested yet again, this time in Minnesota. The rocker was allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to TMZ. It was reported that Scantlin was driving four times faster than the legal limit and led cops on a 100-mile-per-hour chase.
The arresting officer said in his report that when he finally pulled Scantlin over he was slurring his words and reeked of alcohol. The officer then administered a preliminary breathalyzer test and Scantlin blew a .310, which is four times the legal limit. He was eventually charged with DWI and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. Since Scantlin refused to submit to further testing, he was charged for that too, reported TMZ.
This was not Scantlin's first trouble with the law. The singer was arrested for drug possession in 2012 after cops discovered pills and some suspicious looking powder, TMZ reported. Scantlin was also arrested one year later in 2013 for domestic violence. The frontman was taken into custody after he shook his ex-wife and then tried to drag her by the arm of her shirt.
