Lamar Odom Arrested: NBA Player Involved in Three-Car Collision Days Before DUI Incident

New reports are surfacing that Lamar Odom was involved in a minor car crash just days before his DUI arrest. Just six days before he was pulled over by Los Angeles police for suspicion of driving under the influence, the athlete was involved in a three-car collision.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Odom hit the back of a car just off the 101 Freeway. The car he hit then hit another car, which belonged to a reporter at the newspaper. All three drivers exchanged insurance information even though Odom was a little hesitant at first.

"It doesn't even look that bad," Odom reportedly said before handing over his information.

A couple days later he was pulled over by Los Angeles police on the same Freeway in the early hours of the morning. He was given a sobriety test, which he failed and refused to take a chemical drug arrest.

He was arrested and released on a $15,000 bond. Public Information Officer Leland Tang told E! News that refusing to take a chemical test is the worst thing a person can do when pulled over for DUI suspicion.

"We gave him plenty of opportunities to recant and submit [to the test] but he refused," Tang told US Weekly.

Because he refused Odom could lose his driver's license for a year. The same day he was arrested a moving truck was spotted outside his Calabasas home with Khloe Kardashian. It's not clear why a Dino's moving truck was parked in their driveway but a source told Hollywood Life that the truck wasn't moving Odom's belongings from the house.

"There are absolutely no moving trucks at their house," the source said. "There may be construction trucks but there are no moving trucks."
