Coulson won't be the only one trying to track down powered people when "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns for its third season. The ABC series has cast Andrew Howard to guest star as another government agent on a similar mission.
The intimidating and mysterious Banks will challenge Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team in their mission to find and protect powered people, according to Marvel.com. As season three begins, S.H.I.E.L.D. will soon discover that they're not the only ones in search of new Inhumans.
Howard has guest starred on a number of TV dramas including "Bates Motel," "Hell on Wheels" and the miniseries "Hatfields & McCoys." He also has appeared in the films "Limitless," "Taken 3" and "The Hangover Part II."
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." upgraded recurring stars Luke Mitchell (Lincoln) and Henry Simmons (Mack) to series regulars. The Marvel show will also add the Inhuman named Lash.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns for its third season on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
