Planned Parenthood Controversy: Third Graphic Video Arises – Criminal Activity Captured? (VIDEO)

New undercover footage seems to shows an executive from Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains plotting the harvesting of "intact" fetuses that are considered "born-alive" infants under federal law and looking for ways to avoid legal consequences, noting that "they're probably going to get caught" if they try the practice in anti-abortion states.

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is a wealthy, multi-state Planned Parenthood affiliate that does over 10,000 abortions each year. The affiliate supplies aborted fetal tissue to Colorado State University in Fort Collins as part of a contract.

In the video, dating back to April 7, 2015, actors disguised themselves as representatives from a human biologics company and met with Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains Vice President and Medical Director Dr. Savita Ginde to discuss a partnership to harvest fetal organs, according to The Center for Medical Progress.

"Sometimes, if we get, if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then we are intact," Dr.Ginde says in the video. "We'd have to do a little bit of training with the providers or something to make sure that they don't crush."

Planned Parenthood does not use feticide or digoxin for 2nd trimester procedures, meaning that intact deliveries before an abortion are potentially "born-alive" infants under federal law (1 USC 8), according to mrctv.

Later, the video seems to depict Dr. Ginde negotiating for harvested organs and concluding that payment "per organ removed" from an aborted infant would be the most financially beneficial to Planned Parenthood.

"I think think a per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it," she said.

What is truly disturbing about this video, sources state, is that Ginde seems to reveal that Planned Parenthood knows what they are doing is illegal and is use specific methods to conceal their harvesting program.

"Putting it under 'research' gives us a little bit of an overhang over the whole thing," Ginde remarks, according to the Center For Medical Progress' video. "If you have someone in a really anti state who's going to be doing this for you, they're probably going to get caught."

The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2), though the law is riddled with loopholes that allow such sales, according to Life News.

Ever since the first video accusing Planned Parenthood of this illegal practice surfaced a few weeks ago, the organization has found themselves within the crosshairs of activist groups nationwide.

Nine states (Massachusetts, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, Gerogia, Texas and Louisiana), as well as members of Congress, have launched investigations about PP's dealings.
