Nicole Polizzi, better known as Snooki, has been very open about wanting fuller lips for some time now, especially when she saw the results of Kylie Jenner's successful lip procedure. Now, the reality star has gone under the knife for the first time, and she couldn't be happier with her own results!
The 27-year-old former "Jersey Shore" and "Snooki & JWOWW" star has tried to copy Jenner's signature lip style before, but she finally decided to do something permanent about it, according to MTV News. Snooki took to Instagram to announce the big news and show off her new pout.
"Welp I did it kids!" she captioned a photo of her and plastic surgeron Dr. Ramtin Kassir. "Tried my first lip plumping and so doing more #noshame thanks doc for not killing me @drkassir."
Kassir, who is one of the top celebrity plastic and cosmetic surgeons, seen on "Real Housewives of New Jersey," Fox News, Entertainment Tonight and "The Doctors," shared another photo of the two writing, "A little lip plumping with the redoubtable Nicole Polizzi."
Snooki then shared a selfie fully showing off the results. "First session of lip plumps and it's just fabulous," she wrote. "I've always hated my thin lips and never thought I had the balls to get needles in my lip to perfect them but I did! Trust me girls, I was terrified to get my first 'procedure' ever done, but it wasn't terrible at all! And I hate needles! I love my 'natural beauty,' but being able to enhance my lips to make me feel better about myself is life."
Back in December, Snooki wrote about Jenner's lips on her blog, writing about how much she admired her look, according to Us Weekly. At the time, Jenner tried to pull it off that her big lips were just the result of heavy lip liner and not injections, but Snooki knew better.
"I love Kylie the most out of all the Kardashians and Jenners," she wrote. "And that's big for me. She's so hot and I love her lips. Those are lip injection...she's definitely got a little bit but a lot of it is the liner. But I'm thinking of getting a little thing in my lip, just a little squirt on the top because I don't have a top lip."
A few weeks later, she posted a selfie with a heavy amount of lip liner. "Trying to do Kylie Jenner lips," she wrote. Turns out Snooki liked the look enough to make it permanent, and they turned out looking great!
