Chanel West Coast was arrested Tuesday night after getting into a fight at the popular West Hollywood club 1 Oak, reported TMZ. The "Ridiculousness" star and rapper allegedly was beating on people and even punched and kicked a cop!
Chanel, who is signed to Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment and also appears on Rob Dyrdek's "Fantasy Factory," got into a fight with a girl inside the club. She was then promptly kicked out and started fighting security guards outside, a law enforcement said. Someone outside of the club made a citizen's arrest and she was held until L.A. County Sheriff's deputies came, cuffed her and took her in for battery. The citizen's arrest happened around 12:20 am.
A video posted by TMZ showed Chanel trying to talk her way out of the arrest after she was already placed in handcuffs. "We told you could go home after you kicked me, and then you punched me," a police officer said on the video. "I tried to let you go home. Understand that. It's too late now."
"I'm sorry, but like, kicking and attacking? I've been on TV for 17 seasons," Chanel said. "I did nothing. These people are haters."
The "Ridiculousness" star was booked at the West Hollywood station and was held on $500 bail. After her release, Chanel took to Twitter and claimed she was the victim of police brutality. She posted photos of her black-and-blue arms along with the caption, "I was assaulted by police last night for no reason and have bruises all over my arms."
