Jana Kramer is pregnant. The 31-year-old country singer is expecting her first child with husband of two months, football player Michael Caussin, People reported.
The former "One Tree Hill" actress opened up to People about becoming a first-time mother, calling motherhood the "greatest job" she can ever have and that she felt "like the luckiest girl alive to be on this journey with the love of my life."
"I am so incredibly excited about becoming a father. For me it is just another dream come true and I can not imagine tackling parenthood with anyone else but Jana," Kramer's husband added.
The soon-to-be mommy is due to give birth early next year.
Kramer and Caussin tied the knot in Charlottesville, Va., on May 22, Us Weekly reported. The bride wore a custom Galia Lahav gown that featured pearls. Her "Man of Honor," Lo VonRumpf, told the magazine that Kramer's dress was inspired by her "favorite red carpet moments."
"We feel extremely blessed to have found each other and are so fortunate to have shared our day with close friends and family," the couple said in a statement. "We look forward to sharing our lives together."
At the time, Kramer took to social media to thank fans for their support, writing, "Thanks for all the love. Me and @MCAUSSIN80 are smiling big right now. It's sage to say I for sure got the man ;)."
