Jon Stewart's kicking the guy who's been down.
During a segment on New York's upcoming mayoral election, the talk show host made (more than) a few jabs at Anthony Weiner, who recently made headlines for getting into a shouting match with a man at a Brooklyn bakery in front of customers, fans and some member of his team.
And although Weiner doesn't have the most spotless record, Stewart did say that the argument took place because the man criticized Weiner for being "married to an Arab."
The show host then paused for a second to wonder, "What if everything Anthony Weiner's done makes sense if you look at it in a larger context?"
But sadly, there's already a stockpile of evidence, (lewd photos sent to his "non-wife lady," as Stewart put it, along with sexting, sexting and a little bit more sexting), running against the talk show host's theory.
So, in the end, Stewart simply stated that Anthony Weiner is "just a guy with self-control issues who never should have run for mayor."
