Carrie Underwood took a hard fall on stage during a concert in Corpus Christi, Texas on Sept. 5 injuring her foot. According to Hollywood Life, the "See You Again" singer was performing one of her hit songs when her heel got caught in the back of her long caftan shirt sending her tumbling toward the ground.
Like a true professional Underwood didn't miss a beat and kept right on singing. After the incident, Underwood poked fun at herself before assuring her fans that she was ok. She tweeted that she was happy she hadn't broken her ankle but she did post a picture of her foot in a soft cast.
The "American Idol" alum isn't the first singer to have an embarrassing moment on stage. Back in July, a video surfaced on the Internet of Beyonce getting her long, blonde hair caught in a giant fan. The "Diva" singer kept on singing while people rushed towards to cut her hair from the blades.
The singer also poked fun of the incident by rewriting some of the lyrics to her hit song "Halo."
"Gravity can't begiiiiiiin to pull me out of the fan again. I felt my hair was yankiiiiiin. Form the fan that's always hatiiiiin," she wrote. "Virgin Remy & Malaysiiiiiaaaan.... I got snatched "2 snaps" Good night all."
Beyonce also had another embarrassing moment on stage in 2007 while singing "Ring the Alarm." As she was walking down the steps during an Orlando concert her heel got caught in her clothing and she tumbled down the steps.
Concertgoers told People magazine that the Queen B jumped right back and continued performing without missing a beat.
