After six seasons of not knowing who "A" was, the villain was finally revealed during "Pretty Little Liars" mid-season finale. Last season viewers found out that the villainous "A" was Charles DiLaurentis, Ali's long-lost older brother, but the chaos was just getting started.
Last night's summer finale revealed that Ali's brother, Charles, was actually CeCe Drake the entire time! CeCe was born Charles and grew up wanting to wear dresses and play in his mom's closet, according to ABC News. His father never approved of him so when Charles tried to drown an infant Ali, his father used the incident as an excuse to send him to Radley Sanitarium. It was at Radley where Charles transitioned into CeCe.
Earlier this summer it was announced that the show won't have a Halloween or Christmas episode this year, according to Bustle. While the villain was finally revealed, Rosewood still is not safe for the liars. The end of the last episode jumped ahead five years, where Ali was a teacher named Mrs. Rollins. The Liars ran into classroom and told her she needed to leave, as someone was after her. The second half of season six returns sometime in the winter, but the series will stay five years into the future, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
