Reality TV personality Bethenny Frankel is single and definitely mingling, but she's keeping her dating life under wraps. In two recent interviews, the "Real Housewives of New York City" star said she will neither confirm nor deny dating rumors, especially after being linked to Eric Stonestreet. However, she did joke about sleeping with the "Modern Family" actor on a late night TV appearance, Us Weekly reported.
A fan called in to Bravo TV's "Watch What Happens Live," hosted by Andy Cohen, and grilled Frankel about what's really going on between her and Stonestreet.
"Eric Stonestreet and I are friends, he's an awesome guy," Frankel said, looking into the camera. "I don't confirm or deny dating rumors, but Eric's awesome. He's, as I said today, he's a great actor and we are sleeping together tonight-he's at my apartment right now."
Frankel is keeping a firm coy stance when answering questions about her dating life. When "Today Show" host Savannah Guthrie asked if she had anything to share about her love life, Frankel confirmed that she is dating and she may or may not be working the burners, a term she used to describe how to keep dating options open in her book "I Suck At Relationships So You Don't Have To."
"I may be working the burners," she told Guthrie with a coy smile. "I think that's what women should do. I mean, I haven't been that lucky in relationships, so it's going to be a while until I profess my undying love."
Guthrie tried to push a little further and asked specifically about Stonestreet, but Frankel skirted around the topic.
"I know I know, I'm not making it a habit of confirming or denying anything," she said. "Because then it'll be like roaches, you'll have to kill them all. So I'm just saying that I'm happy."
