Male Dancer Tries Out For Miami Heat Dance Team, Totally Nails It! (VIDEO)

Keith Wilson came to this year's Miami Heat dancer auditions in Florida and was the only male competitor out of 200 participants.

Wilson, a 28-year-old choreographer and dance teacher at Exclusive Vibes Contemporary Dance Theatre, joined some girls who danced free-style to "Run the World (Girls)" and finished his routine with some killer splits.

He had auditioned for the award-winning dance team back in 2012. This year, he auditioned again and was able to advance to the four-day boot camp but didn't qualify for the finals.

But it didn't to let Wilson down. He earned respect from fellow dancers and even became an Internet sensation, according to Bleacher Report.

"Dance and that's it. It has no gender, no sexuality. It's just dance, and it's art," Wilson said, according to Local 10 News. "Never let anyone tell you you can't do something because of this or that, never let anyone tell you you're not good enough, or you're not small enough or you're not fit enough; it should always be, 'go for it.'"

The Miami Heat allows men to audition, but it has never had a male dancer.
