Dan Marino's Love Child With CBS Production Assistant Revealed

Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino's secret affair and love child with production assistant at CBS has been revealed. Marino takes "full responsibility" for his actions, reports The New York Post.

Legendary National Football League champion, Marino revealed his secret affair with CBS production assistant Donna Savattere. Marino met Savattere while working as a program analyst for the network. He admitted in a written statement to The New York Post about his secret affair with Savattere.

"This is a personal and private matter," he said. "I take full responsibility both personally and financially for my actions now as I did then. We mutually agreed to keep our arrangement private to protect all parties involved."

Savattere gave birth to her daughter with Marino in June 2005 and is raising the child with her husband, Nahill Younis, who she met in Bahamas in 2009. She also has another child with her husband Younis.

After the birth of Chloe, Marino reportedly paid Savattere millions of dollars to raise her daughter. While the amount Marino paid still remains unknown, Savattere moved to Texas as part of the deal, according to The NY Post.

Despite the news of his secret affair, Marino still insists that his 28-years-old married life is happy and intact.

"My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years and have six children together. And we continue to be a strong and loving family," Marino said in his statement.

Marino will appear as scheduled on Sunday's "Super Bowl Today" telecast before the big game between Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers.
