Just two days ago, Julianne Hough announced that she and Brooks Laich were engaged, and she couldn't wait to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment with her new fiancé.
The 27-year-old "Dancing With The Stars" judge and the Canadian hockey player shared their "joy and excitement" on Instagram, and now Hough has shared even more details on this overwhelming moment on Instagram and on her personal blog.
"What a week it's been!" she captioned the Instagram photo of them kissing. "I'm just so happy and feeling so loved from all of you, and wanted to give you a quick update on everything. I can't wait to share our wedding planning adventures with you over the next few months - you guys always give the best advice!" She then told her followers to head over to her blog to check out her latest post, and to stay tuned for more updates.
"Dearest friends and readers...Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the outpouring of love and well wishes surrounding my engagement," she wrote in the post. "This is certainly one of the most exciting times in my life and I am so happy to share it with you all! That said, I'm going to take a slight social media time out to enjoy this special time with my fiancé!"
She then promised she would return in just a few days with even more exclusive details and photos. Hopefully, one of these photos will be of her engagement ring because we are dying to see it!
Luckily for us, the giant Lorraine Schwartz ring been described in great detail, so the best we can do is just picture how beautiful it is while we patiently wait for an actual photo.
