Actor Jeremy Jackson has been ordered to stay away from his girlfriend Elise Ginsburg after she asked for a restraining order against him, TMZ reported. Ginsberg filed for the restraining order after the former "Baywatch" star threatened to kill her and left her bruised after a domestic dispute.
Ginsburg alleged that Jackson attacked her in July, threatening to murder her while holding a knife and a wine opener, according to documents obtained by TMZ. She was left with a bruised eye and cuts from the attack and also claimed that Jackson is also plotting to rob her home, according to the court papers.
A judge ordered Jackson to stay 100 yards away from Ginsburg, her family and her dog.
This isn't Jackson's first run-in with the law. Cops arrested him in April on the suspicion of fleeing after allegedly stabbing a man in Westlake, Calif., the The Los Angeles Times reported. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
Jackson is best known for his role as "Hobie" in the hit '90s series "Baywatch." He appeared in the fifth season of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" for his addiction to steroids, according to Us Weekly. He was also featured in the fifteenth season of British reality show "Celebrity Big Brother," but he was sent home after exposing a castmate's breast on live television.
