A giant inflatable red ball went rolling down the street in downtown Toledo, Ohio, which caused panic to those who saw the 15-foot, 250-pound ball.
The inflatable was created by artist Kurt Perschke which is part of the RedBall Project, which is now displayed at the Toledo Museum of Art.
A combination of rain and wind from a thunderstorm set the rubber ball rolling, which was later nestled between Roulet Jewelers and Ice Restaurant in downtown.
A video of the ball rolling in the city shows it rolled over a bent stop sign and even cars. The ball's rolling to the city streets caused a few tears on the rubber, which luckily can still be repaired, Perschke said according to ABC News. The handlers of the balls were able to catch it, deflate it and make it appear as good as new.
Said ball can also be seen in different places around the world like Abu Dhabi, Paris and Sydney. The incident in Ohio is the first time the ball managed to break out of its space. "In the 10 years of this installation, nothing like this has never happened. We're just glad no one was hurt," Perschke said, The Telegraph reported.
