Heidi Klum and Zac Posen spent Sunday at the hospital after they both stepped on a rusty nail on the set of "Project Runway."
Klum and Posen shared photos from the ER with Band-Aids on their feet. They also sported matching medical ID bracelets.
"DON'T STEP ON A RUSTY NAIL..... Well we both did #bettersafethansorry," Klum captioned her photo with Posen writing a similar sentiment.
"Project Runway" is in the middle of its 14th season on Lifetime. So far, three designers have been sent home with 13 remaining in the competition.
Marie Claire's creative director Nina Garcia, who serves as the third permanent judge, managed to avoid the stubborn nail as did mentor Tim Gunn.
The reality competition series has welcomed a number of celebrity guest judges this season including Shiri Appleby, Mel B, Ciara, Hannah Davis, Tracee Ellis Ross, Paula Patton, Coco Rocha, Kiernan Shipka, Bella Thorne, Ashley Tisdale and Constance Zimmer.
"Project Runway" airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
