The San Francisco 49ers visit CenturyLink Field on Sunday night face the Seattle Seahawks. Kickoff is at 8:30 p.m. ET. Tune to NBC or watch the live stream HERE.

49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is coming off a spectacular performance last week against the Green Bay Packers, completing 27 of 39 passes for a career-best 412 yards with three touchdowns. On the heels of their 34-28 season-opening win, the 49ers look to grab a second-straight win when they face their NFC West rivals.

Seahawk quarterback Russell Wilson is also coming off a career-best performance with his 320 passing yards last week against the Carolina Panthers. Wilson finished the game 25-of-33 with one touchdown en route to Seattle's 12-7 win over Carolina.

Seattle has a tougher challenge on Sunday against the reigning NFC champions. For Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, his team will need to turn in a better performance than they did last week.

"We just didn't get it done the way we like," Carroll said, via ESPN. "I contributed to that so I've got to make sure I help out and do the right things to make sure we get on track with what is really important to us."

One key for Seattle will be limiting the impact of 49ers receiver Anquan Boldin, who exploded last weekend with 13 catches for 208 yards and a score. Boldin attributed his productive debut to the growing chemistry between him and Kaepernick, ESPN reports.

"The more we play together the better we'll be," Boldin said. "The great thing me and Kap have is communication. We've been able to communicate throughout the entire camp on every play."
