Miley Cyrus will return to Studio 8H to host "Saturday Night Live" for a third time and pull double duty as the musical guest on Oct. 3 when the NBC sketch comedy show premieres its 41st season.
Cyrus prepped for her "SNL" return by the hosting the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday where she shocked audiences with another nip slip and some very revealing outfits. She also released her latest album, "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz," immediately following the show.
The second week back for "SNL" will feature two first-timers: host Amy Schumer and musical guest The Weeknd. The "Can't Feel My Face" singer also performed his hit summer single at the VMAs.
Tracy Morgan makes his much anticipated return to television and 30 Rock to host on Oct. 17. He will be joined by musical guest Demi Lovato, whose single "Cool for the Summer" has played non-stop over the past few months.
"Saturday Night Live" will premiere its 41st season on Oct. 3 at 11:30 p.m. EDT.
