No bad blood here! Kelly Osbourne sent flowers to congratulate "Fashion Police" executive producer and host Melissa Rivers on the reboot of its new season, Page Six reported. The former coworkers shared a sweet exchange on Twitter during the show's season premiere.
"@MelRivers congratulations on an awesome show tonight!" Osbourne tweeted directly at Rivers.
"@KellyOsbourne I love you!!! The flowers are amazing and you owned the lavender carpet! Xxx #friends #mysister," Rivers tweeted back.
Rivers worked as an executive producer on the hit E! fashion critique series while her mother, the late comedienne Joan Rivers, was the show's host. In the year since Joan Rivers passed, the show went through numerous lineup changes, most notably when Osbourne and former host Kathy Lee Griffin announced their split following controversial comments made by panelist Giuliana Rancic.
Rancic interviewed Disney star Zendaya on the red carpet at the 2015 Oscars, as previously reported by HNGN. Zendaya wore her hair in long dreadlocks and Rancic said that she felt as though Zendaya's hair looked like it smelled of "patchouli oil and weed."
Osbourne was outraged by the comment and her well wishes to Rivers weren't extended to Rancic. She recently opened up about her feelings on her former co-star.
"I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't," Osbourne told the Wrap. "I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar."
The "Fashion Police" season premiere aired on Aug. 30 and featured a lineup change and the addition of a new segment as a tribute to Rivers' mother, titled "What Would Joan Say?," as previously reported by HNGN.
