Janice Dickinson Seizure: 'Celebrity Big Brother' Fans Slam Producers For Televising It

On last night's episode of "Celebrity Big Brother UK," model Janice Dickinson suffered a life-threatening seizure on camera and the producers decided to go ahead and air it anyways.

After getting stung by a bee, you see the 60-year-old model, who is highly allergic, sitting in the Diary Room as she shows how swollen her hand is, says her throat is closing and begs the producers to bring her an EpiPen, according to TMZ.

"I've just got bitten by a bee and my finger is swollen and it's going up my wrist," she explains, just moments before she has a seizure and collapses off the chair. "They're turning black! It is going up my hand. I don't want it to reach my heart."

While they did cut away from the horrifying scene for a quick moment, they came right back to it showing everyone exactly what had happened.

"It was very serious and Janice almost died," a source said.

Viewers were outraged that the producers decided to air this health scare, according to Daily Mail. Many were tweeting about how horrible it was to watch this moment.

"Omg that Janice footage should not have been shown," read one tweet, while another said, "If that was genuine. Should #CBB have aired that?" Fans even started to call the network out directly. "Ok @channel5_tv, that was way too much to show on air," another fan wrote. "Janice fitting on Big Brother. Horrible. Gross. Not good."

Janice was eventually taken to the hospital for treatment where she stayed for several hours. She returned to the house shortly after.

Channel 5 and "Celebrity Big Brother" declined to comment on the incident saying, "The medical conditions of housemates are confidential."
