The Batman Arkham bundle is coming in a few days before the game launch and includes two excellent games from Rocksteady and their DLCs.
Batman Arkham Origins, one of the most anticipated games of the year, by Warner Brothers is slated for an October end launch. The game will come along with a free bundle that includes two most popular Arkham games and their DLCs as revealed by the game developer earlier this week.
The two Rockstar games to be included for the latest Batman game will be Batman: Arkham Asylum and the Batman Arkham City as spotted by the U.S. based retailer Gamestop. The bundle will be retailing at $49.99. in the U.S. starting September 23. But a global launch of the bundle still awaits a confirmation, reports computerand video games.
The game edition for Batman Arkham City to be featured in the Batman series includes additional DLCs namely- Harley Quinn's Revenge, Catwoman Pack, Nightwing Bundle pack, Challenge Map pack and Arkham City Skins Pack. The users will be getting seven additional maps, three new characters and 12 new skins with the additional DLCs.
In addition, DLC for the Batman Arkham Asylum will be featuring the Trioz 3D Vision and the four challenge maps namely, Scarecrow nightmare, Crime alley, Totally Insane and Nocturnal Hunter.
A special edition for 3DS and PS Vita, Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate, is set to release alongside the Origin edition. The Blackgate version will have multiple endings and enhanced maps as compared to Origin.
Warner Brothers has also revealed that the latest edition of the Batman series is double the size of previous entries.
"The Gotham City in Batman: Arkham Origins is more than double the size of Arkham City," Michael McIntyre, gameplay director at Warner Montreal, said in a statement, reports Gaming Bolt. "This includes two major regions: North Gotham and South Gotham and the bridge connecting them. There is a lot of space to explore. The length of the single player campaign will depend on each player's play style but should meet the expectations of fans of the franchise."
While the PlayStation 3 edition of the game has got a release date, Gaming Bolt suggests the Batman: Arkham Origins will release the XBox 360, Wii U and PC versions later this year.
