Miley Cyrus Twerk Teacher: Burlesque Dancer, Amazon Ashley, Taught ‘We Can’t Stop’ Singer Popular Dance Move (PHOTO)

Miley Cyrus isn't taking all the credit for her twerking abilities. According to In Touch magazine, the woman responsible for teaching the former Disney star how to properly bend over, poke her butt and shake her booty has come forward to spill the details on how the two first met.

The "We Can't Stop" singer's twerking teacher, who goes by the name Amazon Ashley, is a 6-foot-7 burlesque dancer at the popular Hollywood nightclub Beacher's Madhouse.

The 20-year-old singer is said to be a frequent visitor of the over-the-top club. Ashley said she met Cyrus at the club one night and the two hit it off right away. They struck up a friendship and one day Cyrus asked the dancer to give her a tutorial on twerking.

"She's taken it to a whole new level," Ashley bragged. "The student has become the teacher!"

"We didn't think people would be talking about it on CNN," she added talking about the all the backlash Cyrus' infamous VMA performance received.

According to the magazine, Cyrus is thankful for the dancing lesson and gave Ashley a cameo appearance in her "We Can't Stop" video and invited her to be a part of her VMA performance.

Beacher's Madhouse is frequently in the news for its circus-like atmosphere and A-list roster. Justin Bieber is also a frequent visitor and at one point the owner, Jeff Beacher, told the Daily Beast that other stars like Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and Courtney Cox would often stop by.

The Daily Beast describes the club as "a bizarre mélange of sideshow, musical theater, lux lounge and one helluva good time."

Inside midgets dress up like Oompa-Loompas and are attached to zip lines. They fly overhead passing out bottles of alcohol from "The Midget Bar." On the stage patrons can usually see mini versions of celebrities singing, dancing and having a good time.

The newspaper describes a time when a mini version of Kim Kardashian and a mini version of Kanye West gave birth on stage to a mini version of Amanda Bynes.
