The "Spider-Man" actor took to his Instagram account to share pictures of himself with a mysterious woman, which he identified as Miley Cyrus. This set ablaze rumors that the two were dating.
It was later revealed that the actor was only messing around with the media and the two were not dating in reality. His fans were quick to appreciate his amazing sense of humor and commented on how this attitude makes them love him even more. This is the second humorous picture the actor has shared with his fans.
Earlier, in order to make light of rumors of him being gay, Franco shared a number of snaps which showed him kissing and strolling hand-in-hand with a mystery man. The Oscar-nominee also posted a picture of himself caught in a compromising situation with some unnamed female friend. The photo is labeled 'Look closely Mr. Road Head! Miley Cyrus, on the other hand is creating waves of her own by going naked for her single "Wrecking Ball," posing topless for an alternative cover for her latest album and calling off her engagement with former fiancé Liam Hemsworth. According to recent reports, the actual reason for their break-up was not because they weren't spending enough time together or because Hemsworth was suspected of cheating on Cyrus, but rather because the "Hunger Games" actor couldn't handle her rising stardom.
"Miley isn't the type of girl that's going to conform and be this perfect little girl for Liam or anybody else," a source close to Cyrus told HollywoodLife.com. "It's not her fault Liam couldn't handle that. It's called showbiz for a reason and Miley understands that and will put on a show and could care less about the reactions."
