Kate Middleton has the most sought after celebrity body. According to Entertainment Wise, the Duchess has the most enviable celebrity body, beating out other stars like Beyonce and Jennifer Aniston. A poll conducted by Ideal Weight shows that 21 percent of women who voted want a shape similar to Middleton's.
It's not surprising that she came in at the top spot. A couple weeks ago, Middleton made her first public appearance since giving birth to Prince George. She attended the Aug. 30 event, with Prince William, looking radiant, happy and super skinny.
She dressed her slimmed down figure in a pair of black skinny jeans, polka-dot shirt and a fitted blazer. People couldn't believe it had only been five weeks since she had given birth to the royal baby. To the world it looked like the Duchess had already shed all her baby weight but a source told Entertainment Wise that Middleton was still trying to get back in shape.
"She seemed genuinely interested in doing some walking. Especially after the baby, she wants to get back into shape," Park Warden Will Stewart said. "I said 'You don't need to worry about that!' she looked great."
According to US Weekly, she didn't gain that much weight and by the time she made her appearance she had dropped most of the baby weight. A source told the magazine that Middleton really had "hardly done anything to lose the weight."
To help her shed the pounds the source said she was breastfeeding the royal baby and doing yoga.
"A few weeks after George was born, you could hardly tell she had just given birth," the source said. "Kate's still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant has just melted off. She's not dieting. After giving birth, she did continue with her yoga."
While she was pregnant Middleton stayed active as much as possible and was often seen walking her and Prince William's dog, Lupo.
