Pittsburgh enters Week 3 with two straight losses under its belt. Winning on Sunday is critical for the Steelers to avoid starting the year 0-3.
"Right now, we've got to keep playing," Steelers safety Ryan Clark said, via ESPN. "We can't panic and abandon what we have learned. We do have to shore some things up. We do have to be at a lot more sound. If we don't, this is going to keep happening."
Pittsburgh has struggled on offense, and it hasn't escaped the attention of coach Mike Tomlin.
"There's been a problem with our functioning," Tomlin said. "There's been a problem with our production. There's been a problem with our points. You can point to whatever you want to point to in regards to that, and obviously if the plays aren't working well then we're susceptible to that judgment."
The Steelers offensive could be helped with the return of tight end Heath Miller. Although Miller is expected to play on Sunday, the veteran admitted it might take time for him to regain form.
"Whenever I'm able to play, I think it's unrealistic to think I'm going to come back in midseason form," said Miller. "I haven't played since last December, so I've been out for a while. With the rules now, you have one day of pads per week.
"That's not training camp, by any means."
The Bears, meanwhile, look to start 3-0 for the first time since 2010. Chicago's offense has been led by the arm of quarterback Jay Cutler and the receptions by Brandon Marshall, Matt Forte and Martellus Bennett, who lead the team in receptions.
Chicago's defense, which led the league in points scored off takeaways last season, has been critical to the team's success - the Bears have already forced six turnovers, according to ESPN.
