Battlefield 4, slated for an October 29 launch on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, has received new weapon customizations and offers fresh strategies and better weapon accessories.
The Road to Battlefield 4 comes with fiercer weapon customization suited to any combat role. It gives 'the most personalized weapon customization ever' to gamers, reveals a post on the Battle field 4 official website.
The latest weapon customization for Battlefield 4 facilitates players with more weapons and accessories, nearly three times higher than the previous editions of the franchise. The recently introduced weapon series comprises of the Sniper Rifles, Carbine and a few other gadgets.
UTS 15 - It's a pump-action shot gun that requires more time to get reloaded as compared to a normal shot gun.
DV 12 : AK 12- It's another shot gun and is an automatic.
ACE 15: Carbine - Carbine is one of the most heavily loaded rifles that can shoot up to 26 times with a single magazine.
ACE-21- ACE 21 is another high range rifle that can shoot up to 36 rounds at a time but delivers lesser damage compared to Carbine.
CSLR-4 - It's a Chinese Sniper Rifle, in fact the first Sniper Rifle of the lot available and can be collected as an in-game collectible on attaining a specific level.
SPR-16- A Sniper rifle that may come with a range finder for this edition.
SVD- 12 - It's a shot gun, not powerful in terms of close quarter combat but far more effective for a longer range.
Apart from the rifles and the shot guns, Flashbangs will aid in temporarily blinding the enemy and provide easier targets, reports Gamingbolt. To make appropriate use of the new weapon series, the latest Battlefield edition comes with a user guide with clear specifications for each weapon (range, accuracy, damage and stability). The user can pick up any sniper rifles that appear on the map as the gamers traverse down different routes.
The camouflages with improved designs can be broadly categorized under the following subheads - Autumn, Desert, Naval, Snow, Urban and Woodland, with each having 16 variations to ensure greater safety for the players.
For the best shooting experience, the sniper rifles will be equipped with a zero scope, for setting up a perfect focal trajectory to get a better aim at the enemies. "To bring even more variety to all of our Recon players, we've also added a 40X zoom scope for extreme long-distance sniping, as well as a new 2X scope magnifier that you can bring to the front of existing 1X scopes to increase your optics options on the fly," reads the latest Battlefield update, reports the Polygon.
