Hayley Atwell and James D'Arcy really know how to push Clark Gregg's buttons in this Dubsmash rivalry between the two Marvel TV shows. After recruiting his favorite Avenger, Captain America (Chris Evans), for a video in July, the "Agent Carter" stars borrowed his Marvel character Phil Coulson's most prized possession for their second round admission in the Dubsmash Wars for Charity.
Atwell invited Marvel king Stan Lee to cruise in Lola, the red 1962 Corvette featured prominently in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," as they appropriately lip-synced to The Kinks' "Lola." D'Arcy then entered doing his best impression of Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke, scrubbing down the car in his short demin shorts and blonde wig.
The cast of Marvel shows "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and "Agent Carter" are competing for the Dubsmash Wars 2015 crown to benefit the charities Stomp Out Bullying and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Fans can vote for either #TeamCarter or #TeamSHIELD at CrowdRise by donating $1 dollar toward the video they like most. As of Sept. 16, #TeamSHIELD leads by about $5,000.
In the first round, Atwell and D'Arcy recruited their fellow ABC star Miss Piggy from "The Muppets" to perform Beyoncé's "Single Ladies." Gregg and his "S.H.I.E.L.D." co-stars Chloe Bennet, Adrianne Palicki and Patton Oswalt swung back with Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball."
