Jose Gaya might want to practice his English, as three Premier League clubs are fighting for his signature in January, according to Express.UK.
Manchester United need help on defense after losing Luke Shaw to a brutal leg injury this week. United was already low on defenders and now that Shaw is out, there is an increasing need for depth and talent. Gaya is young, talented, could fill the role of where Shaw plays nicely, according to Bleacher Report.
Chelsea and Manchester City are hot on the trail of Gaya along with United. Each club needs extra support on the back line, but not nearly as much as the Red Devils. Daley Blind has moved from midfield to center back, in order to keep the defense mildly relevant.
United could sink quickly if a proper defender or two is not brought in during January. Gaya is a good match for United and would see a lot of playing time right away. It ultimately could come to a point where all three clubs bid for Gaya and he chooses the team that is doing the best in Champions League and the Premier League, regardless of where he would play the most minutes.
