Khloe Kardashian has reportedly remained adamant that she will do everything she can to "save" her marriage with Lamar Odom, and that could mean she WILL be spending her Sept. 27 anniversary with her husband.
However, it was not Khloe's idea of getting together on their special day; seeing each other on their anniversary was Lamar's idea.
"Lamar reached out to Khloe and expressed his desire for them to spend their anniversary together," a source told RadarOnline.com. "He couldn't imagine letting it pass without seeing Khloe."
According to the insider, the NBA player "will likely head over to the mansion he once shared with Khloe in Tarzana."
No word if the couple will exchange gifts on their special day, but RadarOnline.com's sources said the best gift Lamar could give to Khloe "would be to return to rehab, and stick it out. Khloe only wants Lamar to get the help he needs and she would be there to support him through it."
However, TMZ reports NBA player's alleged drug use doesn't seem to be slowing down.
"Lamar Odom is holed up in a private home in a gated community 100 miles from L.A. ... and his life is now revolving around smoking crack and partying with 2 young women -- and he's intimate with one of them," TMZ reports.
The gossip site claims Lamar is employing a driver to shuttle he and the girls around Los Angeles. The rumored driver also allegedly picks up "small quantities of crack at a time," because Lamar fears he will be caught.
"Our sources say Lamar is extremely paranoid about getting caught," TMZ reports. "He believes people -- not the 2 girls -- are watching him so he's using a phone app that allows him to text people but the texts are automatically deleted once the texts are read. The app also notifies Lamar if they try and screenshot the message."
