Wendy Williams seems to believe Kim Zolciak faked her mini stroke as a way to get off of "Dancing With The Stars," and Zolciak isn't going to let that slide.
On Monday, Williams used the "Hot Topics" segment of her talk show to discuss Zolciak's condition, and she did not have nice things to say about the reality star who is trying hard to recover so she can get back on the dance floor, according to People.
"To me, a stroke is more important than a selfie," Williams said. "I don't get where these people get, you know, posting pictures of a serious condition in the hospital. But she allegedly suffered a mini-stroke after returning home from 'Dancing With The Stars' last week." She then ironically praised Zolciak for how great she looks considering she's only 37 and has six children, but added, "I hope you're not fibbing about the stroke."
"Kim, at 37 years old, if you did have a mini stroke, I'm sorry to hear about that," she continued. "If, however, you just wanted to get off 'Dancing With The Stars,' all you had to do was just stub your toe. I don't like talking about friends of the show if it's in a shady way, but I'm in the purple chair, so it makes me do things."
Zolciak, who was apparently supposed to appear on Williams' show during that specific segment, heard what Williams had said about her and took to Instagram to call her out. "Absolutely appalling!!" she captioned a photo of the email she got from producers asking her to appear on the show. "@wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I 'faked' my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn't come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!"
Zolciak released a statement following her release from the hospital on Friday, informing everyone that she is determined to get back on the dance floor, but it is still unclear if Zolciak will be participating in tonight's episode of "Dancing With The Stars."
