A set of photos from a wedding went viral and touched many hearts when a father was about to walk his daughter down the aisle then stopped to invite his daughter's stepfather to join him.
Biological father Todd Bachman was about to begin the procession when he decided to approach stepfather Todd Cendrosky so they can both walk Brittany Peck, the bride, down the aisle. Cendrosky was oblivious that this was going to happen and he could no longer control his tears. Those present during the ceremony were touched by this gesture, that happened Sept. 26 in Lorain County, Ohio, New York Times reported.
"All of a sudden, at the last second, he turned his head to me and grabbed my hand," Cendrosky said, according to Today. "He said, 'Hey, come with me. You've had just as big of a part in raising this child. It's time you and me walk our daughter down the aisle together.'"

The 21-year-old bride did not expect what happened.
"It meant the world to me," said Peck, People reported. "I've dreamed of this, ever since I knew that my stepdad was going to be my second dad. But I always knew in the back of my head that it wouldn't happen because of the situation in my family and how no one ever got along."
43-year-old Bachman said that this was the least he could do for Cendrosky with whom he had a strained relationship for 10 years.
"For me to thank him for all the years of helping raise OUR daughter wouldn't be enough. There is no better way to thank somebody than to assist me walking her down the aisle," Bachman said, 3WKYC reported.
