"Dancing With The Stars" pro Allison Holker made a very special announcement on Monday night's "Most Memorable Year" show!
While waiting to perform her dance with partner Andy Grammer, Holker brought her husband Stephen "Twitch" Boss and 7-year-old daughter Weslie out to share the amazing news with the world. While standing with host Erin Andrews, Holker explained that although her most memorable year was when she married Twitch, 2015 is shaping up to be a pretty memorable one too.
"As a pro, "Most Memorable Year' really is such a special time because we get to celebrate someone's beautiful story and share it with the world," Holker said as she smiled at her family. "2015 is actually turning out to be such a memorable year for us because we actually recently found out that I'm pregnant!"
The crowd went crazy as the happy family celebrated and hugged while Andrews congratulated the two. But, as a host, she had to ask what this means for her future on the competition.
"I am so about this for Andy," Holker explained. "I want him to feel the most comfortable but I am here 100 percent of the way for him."
"There's three of us now," Grammer jokingly chimed in. "We're the only team that has three."
The 27-year-old pro dancer and Twitch met while competing on "So You Think You Can Dance." They have been married for two years now and have been completely in love ever since they shared their first dance together.
"We love what we do but when we come home, our family life is so different than our work life. We don't judge ourselves or compare ourselves, we do a good job about not being jealous of each other because when we're home, we're a mommy and daddy," Holker told HNGN of their marriage back in August. "As much as we love our work, I think we would be just as happy not doing it and just being together."
As for when the two dance together, nothing compares to that feeling. "Honestly, it's so funny because there's such a dynamic and such a light when we dance together that compares to nothing else," she continued to say. "It's really interesting circumstances and there's been no looking back. He brings out a different side of me."
