Tom Hanks has once again proven why he's the nicest guy in Hollywood. While enjoying time in the park on Tuesday, he retrieved a college student's lost I.D.
Hanks posted a photo of the Fordham University I.D. card belonging to a woman named Lauren on his WhoSay account. He politely placed his thumb over her last name to help her keep some privacy.
"Lauren! I found your Student ID in the park. If you still need it my office will get to you. Hanx," he captioned the photo, also shared on his Twitter account.

Lauren has not come forward publicly to claim her I.D. responded as to whether she received his message. Another woman named Hannah Anderson tweeted that Lauren is her friend but didn't tag her.

Some Fordham students tweeted that they wished Hanks had found their I.D.'s while others on Twitter tried to get creative in setting up a meet with the two-time Oscar winner.
