Napoli finished last season as the Serie A runner-ups. The club bolstered its squad during the summer, the Daily Mail reports. Real Madrid's Gonzalo Higuain, Raul Albiol and Jose Maria Callejon were acquired by Napoli, in addition to a season-long loan of Liverpool goalie Pepe Reina.
Napoli has five wins and one draw from six Serie A matches to sit second in the table, according to Sky Sports. The club on Monday beat Dortmund 2-1 in Matchday One.
Arsenal, meanwhile, looks to continue its hot streak. After dropping its opening-season Premier League match to Aston Villa, Arsenal has bounced back and won its next nine matches in league and cup play. Arsenal handed Marseille a 2-1 loss in Matchday One.
"We have started very well but you know if you win the second game at home you have a good chance to qualify," Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said, via IB Times. "But I wouldn't say it's already a decisive game.
"It's a game that will have a great weight on the end result of the qualifying teams. Let's deal with that situation then we will be in a very positive mood to finish the job."
Arsenal will be without Abou Diaby (knee), Yaya Sanogo (back), Lukas Podolski (hamstring), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee), Theo Walcott (abdomen), Santi Cazorla (ankle), according to SB Nation. Tomas Rosicky is in doubt with a thigh injury.
For Napoli, Christian Maggio (knee) is out.
