Miley Cyrus is baring a whole lot in a new photo shoot for Terry Richardson. The "We Can't Stop" singer is seen posing in some of the pictures topless and in others showing off other parts of her body that should be kept private.
As expected she does her now infamous tongue hanging out her mouth pose, is seen licking her reflection in a mirror and seductively eating ice cream. Cyrus has worked with Richardson before in other photo shoots and he directed her video for "Wrecking Ball."
The photographer is known for pushing the envelope but his latest spread with Cyrus makes all her other antics seem meek and mild. In the photos, which were posted on Richardson's Tumblr, Terry's Diary, shows Cyrus wearing very little clothing.
In one shot she is seen topless using her hands to barely cover her nipples and in another she covers her bare breasts with a red sweater draped around her neck. She does wear clothes in some of the shots but the outfit choices are also extremely sexy and risqué.
In one picture the singer is wearing a red thong bodysuit that leaves very little to the imagination. Not only is her butt on display but there is only a thin stretch of fabric covering her lady parts in the front.
It seems like Cyrus loves her props and is seen using an Arizona Iced Tea in a very suggestive manner. When she isn't baring it all for the camera she is seen touching herself and smoking what looks like a blunt.
The photo shoot happened the same day Sinead O'Connor wrote an open letter to Cyrus. In the letter she speaks highly of the singer's talent but urges her to stop being "prostituted" by the music industry.
"Dear Miley," the letter begins. "I wasn't going to write this letter, but today I've been dodging phone calls from various newspapers who wished me to remark upon your having said in Rolling Stone your Wrecking Ball video was designed to be similar to the one for Nothing Compares... So this is what I need to say... And it is said in the spirit of motherliness and with love."
She went on to say that the singer needs to stop listening to the people who have made her believe it's "cool" to lick a sledge hammer and be completely naked in a music video.
"It is in fact the case that you will obscure your talent by allowing yourself to be pimped, whether it's the music business or yourself doing the pimping," O'Connor writes. "Nothing but harm will come in the long run, from allowing yourself to be exploited, and it is absolutely NOT in ANY way an empowerment of yourself or any other young women, for you to send across the message that you are to be valued (even by you) more for your sexual appeal than your obvious talent."
Cyrus didn't take to kindly too the advice and responded by posting a screen shot of some of O'Connor's recent tweets with the caption "Before Amanda Bynes... There was..."
