Chrissy Teigen Makes First Public Appearance Since Announcing Pregnancy

Pregnancy looks good on Chrissy Teigen! The mommy-to-be made her first public appearance since announcing that she was expecting her first child with husband and musician John Legend.

Teigen, the FABLife co-host, walked the red carpet at the La Mer Celebrates 50 Years of an Icon event in Hollywood Tuesday, showing off her tiny baby bump in a tight full-length white dress, while rocking a slicked-back hair and with a metallic clutch, Us Weekly reported.

On Monday, Teigen and Legend broke the news that she was expecting posting a sweet black-and-white photo of the singer resting his hand on her tummy.

"John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant," she captioned the post. "As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family."

She added, "We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching!"

The 29-year-old Sports Illustrated model is about three months along in her pregnancy and the couple are "happy" about starting a family together, and knew "when the right time came they would be pregnant," a source revealed to E! News.

"Chrissy is feeling great and enjoying every second being pregnant," the source said. "She is taking good care of her body and making sure her and their baby are healthy and feeling good. John has been a huge support for Chrissy during this time. He could not be more excited until their baby comes into this world."

Teigen opened up about her struggle to conceive while on FABLilfe, saying, "John and I were having trouble. We would have had kids five, six years ago if it had happened. But, my gosh, it's been a process."
