An Ohio man was accused of trapping a 14-year-old girl at his house for months, raping and impregnating her, all while under electronic monitoring due to a slew of other charges in the past, according to The Blaze.
Cody Lee Jackson, 20, had allegedly met an underage girl on Facebook and had her dropped off at his home by taxi. At the time, he was believed to be under electronic surveillance.
Court documents indicate that eventually the girl wasn't even allowed to use the restroom without his permission and as punishment for not obeying his rules he physically abused her.
Jackson was arrested earlier this summer for kidnapping and pled guilty to a charge of interference of custody, with the kidnapping and abduction charges being dismissed, according to Fox News.
But just last week, he was caught lying to drug force officers about his identity after trying to flee in Utah.
After his alleged attempt to flee, it was also recorded that Jackson possibly tried to contact the girl by phone, threatening to kill the teen and her family if she didn't "take sexually explicit photos of herself and send them to him on Facebook," according to U.S. News.
Court records say the girl was able to return home to her family with help from the landlord.
