Lamar Odom, the former NBA player and estranged husband of reality TV star Khloé Kardashian, has been fighting for his life since he was placed under a medically-induced coma after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel. Reports claim Odom's condition has since improved, but recently-obtained surveillance footage from Dennis Hof's Love Ranch revealed details about his first night there, which ultimately led to his hospitalization, reported NBC.
Odom checked in around 5:30 p.m. Saturday night, according to NBC. In previously released 911 tapes, a brothel employee said he admitted to using cocaine before he arrived at the brothel.
"He seemed normal, he was very quiet, very tall, but he was just very cordial," an unnamed Love Ranch employee told NBC. "[He] had a couple drinks, was relaxed, listening to music in the bar."
Receipts from Odom's stay include a credit card charge of $75,000, which Hof confirmed was payment for the privilege to spend time with two of the brothel's sex workers, according to Entertainment Tonight. Odom reportedly handpicked Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe as his companions during his stay.
In the surveillance video, Odom, wearing a white T-shirt and sneakers, can be seen surrounded by naked women in the brothel's bar. He's seen taking pills, which could be the herbal male performance-enhancement drug "Reload," which has the same active ingredient as Viagra, but was deemed "dangerous" by the FDA.
