Kris Jenner believes her daughter Khloe Kardashian has the strength to get through her current marital problems with husband Lamar Odom.
Though Khloe and Lamar have not confirmed their marital problems or divorce rumors, Kris opened up to E! news about her daughter’s struggles.
“She is resilient, but she’s very strong,” Kris told the entertainment site. “[Khloe’s] very sensitive and she loves really hard...but she has the ability to put that game face on and go out there in the world to do what she needs to do.”
Rumor has it Kris and other members of the Kardashian family are putting pressure on Khloe to divorce Lamar, alleged because the negative publicity is ruining their brand.
One thing is for sure, the family’s show “Keeping Up With the Kardshians” is dropping in ratings.
“The one-time hit E! show gathered a mere 1.79 million viewers overall and only 1 million viewers between the ages of 18 and 49, which is said to be the most important demo in TV, compared to the Season 8 premiere, We’re Having A Baby, that boasted 3.02 million overall viewers,” RadarOnline reports.
Does this mean the Kardashians are losing their appeal to the public? A source told RadarOnline the family should be very concerned with the ratings drop.
“This is looking really bad for the Kardashians and their show,” an industry insider said. “When Kendra Wilkinson‘s show dropped below 1 million viewers they dropped it, so the Kardashian reality show is definitely in trouble.”
Kim Kardashian, arguable the reason for the show’s popularity, has also been avoiding the public eye since she began dating Kanye West and gave birth to their daughter, North West. Rumors are swirling that Kim no longer wants to be on the cover of tabloid magazines and wants to become a fashion icon.
