"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling revealed her all-time favorite chapter from her book series about The Boy Who Lived eight years after the final book was released. Rowling told fans that her favorite chapter came from "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" and was called "The Forest Again."
"The Forest Again" was the 34th chapter from the final book in the seven part series. In the chapter, Harry entered the Forbidden Forrest after he realized he had to die. He walked into the forest alone to face Voldermort and saw his dead family for the first time with help from the resurrection stone, one of the three Deathly Hallows.
Rowling tweeted why the chapter meant so much to her and revealed that writing the chapter made her cry.
"So did I, but it was the culmination of 17 years' work and the most cathartic piece of writing of my life," Rowling wrote on Twitter.
The author previously returned to her Wizarding World not through Harry himself, but through a new character named Newt Scamander. Newt will be at the center of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," which was written by Rowling and stars Academy Award winning actor Eddie Redmayne in the lead.
"Like many people, I read those books, I watched those films, and became completely intoxicated by J.K. Rowling's world. The idea of getting to tiptoe into it felt truly exciting. I hope it's going to be quite a ride," Redmayne said.
"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is scheduled to arrive in theaters on Nov. 18, 2016.
