Adele's highly anticipated upcoming album "25" finally has a release date. The British singer announced that her third album will be released on Nov. 20, 2015, four long years after the release of her smash-hit record, "21."
The Grammy Award-winning singer joined Instagram just for the announcement and simply captioned a beautiful black-and-white photo of her face, "25 out November 20th."
Thankfully, Adele fans will not have to wait too long to hear some music from the album. The singer will release the first single off "25" titled "Hello" on Friday, Oct. 23, according to Billboard. She will also release the music video for the song on the same day.
Earlier this month the "Rolling in the Deep" singer teased the single in a 30-second advertisement that featured the lyrics of the song on the screen.
"Hello, it's me," the lyrics read. "I was wondering/If after all these years/You'd like to meet/To go over everything/They say that time's supposed to heal ya/But I ain't done much healing."
Yesterday Adele wrote a letter to her fans where she explained why "25" took so long and what the album will be about.
"My last record was a break up record and if I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record," she wrote in a letter posted to Facebook. "I'm making up with myself. Making up for lost time. Making up for everything I ever did and never did. But I haven't got time to hold on to the crumbs of my past like I used to. What's done is done."
Her representative also released the full tracklist for "25." Check it out below and keep Nov. 20 marked on the calendar!
