Did you enjoy Marvel's first Netflix series "Daredevil" earlier this year? What am I saying, of course you did. Then you're probably going to want to check out the first trailer for Marvel's next Netflix series, "Jessica Jones."
Marvel's synopsis of the series reads:
"Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super hero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic, badass private detective in Hell's Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need...especially if they're willing to cut her a check."
Based on the trailer, it appears as if "Jessica Jones" will continue the darker and more grounded tone of "Daredevil." That's welcome news for any Marvel fan starting to get tired of the non-stop quipping in the MCU.
"Jessica Jones" will be available for streaming on Friday, November 20 on Netflix.
