Justin Bieber Disappoints Fans with Late Appearance at the O2 Arena

Justin Bieber's young fans were disappointed when their favorite star turned up nealy two hours late for his first night at London's O2 Arena, March 4, reports The Guardian.

Bieber appeared almost 2 hours late for his 8:30 p.m. concert, which infuriated his fans as most of them were young kids and school children. Being a school night for kids, several parents also expressed their disappointment and many had to leave before the show started.

Many fans expressed their anger through their Twitter accounts for having to leave the concert before Bieber appeared or ten minutes after the Canadian singer showed up.

The gates opened at 6:30 p.m. and eager fans turned furious when Bieber did not show up as late as 10:20 p.m. The venue's spokesperson tweeted as the singer appeared on stage and apologized for the late appearance. However, the reason for the delay was not quoted. "Justin Bieber is now on stage and apologizes for the lateness of his show."

Later in the night, O2 added: "Sorry to all the Justin Bieber fans for the lateness of his show tonight. The Tube will still be running when the show finishes."

Many of Bieber's fans and parents who accompanied their kids to the concert were quick enough to voice their anger through their tweets on Beiber's Twitter page.

"I shall have an extremely moody daughter tomorrow .. Livid !!" tweeted former "Coronation Street" actress Wendi Peters.

"Daughter and Nieces at O2 to see Justin Bieber - Still not on stage at 10.20 on a school night - That's just taking the p*** !" user Deano10W tweeted.

"Think of the children #biebergeddon. Bieber concert at the O2 due to finish in 5 minutes, he's not even on stage yet," NicoHines tweeted.

"How rude. Bieber is still not on stage at the O2 when his concert was due to finish now! Mate, it's a school night," tweeted a young fan, Reena_Bee.

"Who the hell does Justin Bieber think he is? Not on stage yet?! I hope everyone walks out of the O2," wrote another fan, Emer89wl.

It is believed that the 19-year-old singer will be fined for going past the allotted time for the O2 Arena, 11:00 p.m.
